Our properties
are all located in either Surfside Beach or Ocean Lakes - both are
quiet neighborhoods with beautiful beachfront, located just a few
miles south of Myrtle Beach. Surfside Beach is called The Family
Beach because of its family-friendly atmosphere. Stay in our
properties and you will be only minutes away from all that Myrtle
Beach has to offer, but you get the added benefit of being able to
enjoy a less crowded beach and a family-friendly atmosphere.

Three: Details and Amenities
All our properties are ready for
immediate occupation. Linen service, cleaning, and servicing
can be arranged on request.
All properties
come with their own "mini guide" to the
area covering the neighborhood shops, local transport, pubs, restaurants,
and cafés. They also have a folder with brief notes on appliances,
heating and hot water, security systems, etc.
All properties have a telephone which you can use as you wish.
Some have a computer and Internet access.
Amenities:
Common ameneties include phone, central air conditioning, cable
TV, VCR or DVD, stereo, full kitchen
(cooking utensils provided),
microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, ice maker, washer & dryer,
