This 2600-square-foot, luxury home offers 5 bedrooms, 4 full baths, and has a large, fenced backyard with private pool and exterior shower. The custom designed home is fully furnished and equipped (except for linens) and includes all the modern amenities. It has been professionally decorated and features a master suite with dressing area, Jacuzzi tub, private second floor sun deck, and fantastic view of the beach and Atlantic ocean. The home features nine-foot ceilings and tile floors on the main living level. A rear deck overlooks the in-ground pool. A spacious covered front porch is ideal for lounging while taking in the breathtaking views of the sun rising over the ocean horizon. All bedrooms and living room include remote color TVs, with DVD/VCR units and expanded cable service. The living room includes a stereo sound system. Golf carts and grills are available for weekly rental.

The home is right across the street from the beach and is located in a residential area. Public access to the beach is approximately 60 feet away. It’s just 10 minutes away from major attractions including Broadway at the Beach, Murrells Inlet, golf, shopping, and all popular Myrtle Beach attractions and restaurants.

Surfside Beach is called The Family Beach and is far less crowded than Myrtle Beach, located five miles north. During the summer season, life guards and a patrolling security/courtesy service are on duty. The beach is wide with white sand and features all the amenities of Myrtle Beach - but without the crowds! There are tons of activities for the kids and you’re still close to all Myrtle Beach attractions.
